Since our founding in 2000, Berotec has grown into Sweden’s most skilled engineering collective. Over the years we have expanded steadily, and today we bring together the country’s most experienced engineers and specialists — handpicked for their technical brilliance, business acumen and ability to drive progress in complex environments.
What sets us apart from a traditional consultancy is the combination of individual excellence and collective strength. This comes to life both through our consultants and via our Part of Berotec companies, which collaborate to complement our total offering. By taking a holistic view of every partnership, we do not simply solve technical problems in the moment — we help our clients develop their operations, strengthen their teams and drive their business forward.

Berotec today comprises approximately 300 consultants, with a presence in Stockholm, Gothenburg, Linköping, Uppsala, Umeå and Västerås.

It was the first year of the new millennium. We were sitting in a kitchen in Södermalm, Stockholm, when one of us put into words a feeling we had all carried for some time: the consultancy industry had forgotten the people behind the expertise.
For a long time, we had watched talented colleagues burn out in organisations where responsibility came without freedom and performance came without purpose. Right there and then, we decided to take a different path — to build a consultancy where people are given the space to grow, take ownership and develop on their own terms.
We believed strongly in the power of independent entrepreneurs with a shared direction. And that people who thrive make better decisions, build stronger relationships and create better solutions for their clients.
Since then, Berotec has grown organically through long-term relationships, strong recommendations and new people who have wanted to be part of our beliefs.
We built something more human. And it has evolved into what we are today — Sweden’s most skilled engineering collective.
